Sixtymile River
This property encompasses the main stem of the Sixtymile River immediately downstream from Boucher Creek. It includes 50 placer creek claims and 50 placer bench claims for a total of 698 hectares. There is road access to the property and no previous production on the claims. The closest operating mine in the valley is located 3 km up-valley. Sixtymile River has produced over 300,000 ounces since it's discovery in the 1890's.

This property is part of a larger selection of properties available on the Sixtymile River. The floodplain is incised into an older surface containing bench gravel. Placer gold potential can be found along the floodplain and on the benches. Deposits are generally shallow.
