


Producing placer mine
Seymour and Guder creeks
Seymour Creek, and its tributary Guder Creek, contains a mid-size operating placer mine in the Mount Freegold mining area, 70km northwest of Carmacks, Yukon. The sale of Seymour Creek will include 167 placer claims, two mining permits (5 and 8 seasons remaining), equipment, camp, and potential to retain knowledgeable staff. The 2026 production is expected to be between 1000-1500 crude oz. Sale price is US$20,000,000.00

Placer Gold
Placer gold is a mixture of fine and coarse gold. Guder Creek produces multi-ounce nuggets and is an important feeder of Seymour Creek. The gold fineness is 860.
Placer Deposits
The placer deposits consist of active floodplain and floodplain margin deposits that are generally thawed. The deposits are considered shallow with depths typically ranging from 10 to 20ft. The sluice section consists of a 6-8 ft - thick pay unit that includes a portion of fractured bedrock.

Exploration
Based on sonic drilling data and past production, there is an estimated 10,000 fine ounces identified on 14 claims below the area of current production on Seymour Creek. Guder Creek contains an estimate 1000 - 2000 crude ounces with a pit prepared for sluicing. Additional exploration targets are known and will be communicated to the buyer.
